I’ve always been passionate about helping people, and with over 20 years in HR, sales, and customer service, I’ve been fortunate to turn that passion into a career. I’ve worked across industries, but small businesses have a special place in my heart—I love being able to make a real difference in how they manage their people and grow their teams. I’m all about practical solutions, creative problem-solving, and building lasting relationships. When I’m not diving into HR challenges, you’ll probably find me spending time with my family, playing video games or at the movies! I believe in hard work, kindness, and always finding a reason to smile!
Raychal Hunt – Chief Business Officer
As someone who has successfully built and run a licensed childcare business, I’ve mastered the art of juggling (sometimes literally!) people management, compliance, and creating smooth systems. Whether it’s managing regulations or keeping a team happy, I know how to keep things running like a well-oiled machine—skills that translate perfectly into HR. My background in sales and customer service also taught me the importance of communication, problem-solving, and making sure everyone leaves with a smile. Now, I’m bringing all that experience to igniteHR, where I’m on a mission to make HR feel less like a chore and more like a smart business move. Plus, I promise—there won’t be any tantrums on my watch!
