The igniteHR Fellowship program offers a detailed, project-based learning environment. Fellows work alongside igniteHR’s leadership team on real-world business challenges. They develop strategic solutions and contribute to high-impact HR initiatives.

Unlike traditional internships, the Fellowship is designed for individuals with foundational experience in HR or business. They are ready to expand their leadership capabilities. They also want to improve strategic thinking and consulting acumen.
